This modern lakefront estate required a complete technology integration that would match the sophistication of the architecture while remaining invisible to the homeowner’s daily life.
ZIO designed and installed a unified control platform that gives the homeowner one-touch command over 48 lighting zones, 14 audio/video zones, motorized shading, a dedicated cinema, security, and outdoor entertainment.

The Challenge
The architect's vision called for clean lines with zero visible technology. Every speaker, screen, sensor, and control interface needed to disappear into the design while remaining instantly accessible.

Our Solution
ZIO collaborated from schematic design through final commissioning, specifying in-wall and in-ceiling solutions throughout. A dedicated equipment room houses all rack-mounted gear with remote monitoring and redundant networking.
