Evermore Resort isn’t just another luxury property, it’s a 1,100-acre master-planned destination in the heart of Orlando. Built around a 20-acre crystal lagoon and anchored by the Conrad Orlando hotel, Evermore combines high-end hospitality, event venues, and vacation homes into one unified experience. To support a development of this scale and complexity, Dart Interests needed more than a technology vendor. They needed a partner who could align infrastructure with design, brand goals, and operational demands, without slowing construction or complicating the guest experience. That partner was ZIO.

The Challenge
Evermore's size and variety of spaces presented unique challenges. The resort required cohesive AV coverage across hotel amenities, lagoon areas, and outdoor venues, all spaces that serve as flexible backdrops for everything from poolside brunches to large-scale corporate events. ZIO's task was to unify those systems under one intuitive platform, managing audio distribution, control interfaces, and event transitions, while coordinating with a fast-moving construction timeline and a complex team of trades and consultants. This wasn't just about installing speakers, it was about delivering a guest experience that felt effortless.

Our Solution
ZIO was brought in during the design phase, giving the team the opportunity to align technology scope with architecture, budget, and operational goals. This proactive approach eliminated overlaps between scopes, reduced last-minute changes, and ensured that every solution was optimized for long-term use. ZIO engineered, staged, programmed, and installed AV systems designed to handle diverse applications with flexibility and precision, both indoors and out. Key systems include a networked lagoon audio system with 69 landscape speakers across five zones, boathouse AV integration with background music, event room presentation systems and touchscreen control, and landings foreground audio covering the outdoor bar, food hall, dining areas, fitness center, and guest services.

The Result
ZIO's AV infrastructure enhances Evermore's most active, guest-facing spaces without drawing attention to itself. Soundscapes transition effortlessly between zones, and staff can control every space with speed and confidence. Public areas feel immersive, welcoming, and adaptable to a wide range of guest experiences. Resort-wide AV coverage enhances guest experiences across lagoon, retail, dining, fitness, and event spaces. All zones are integrated into a centralized control interface for fast, intuitive access by staff. Smart infrastructure is built for future scalability across the full 1,100-acre resort.
Working with ZIO from design through construction allowed us to align our vision for the project with the operational needs of the resort, project budget, and construction timeline.
