Work Activities and Duties:


Work with company owners to perform administrative duties necessary to assist with their daily schedules

Getting to know the managing partners and how their day operates is key. You will work closely with the managing partners giving them peace of mind that all administrative tasks are being handled with precision from opening mail to greeting clients to managing executive calendars.


Strive to leave the best impression

As the initial point of contact for all visitors you will need to work in a professional and focused manner. You will also answer calls which means you will be a team representative for existing and potential new clients.

Work independently and Creatively

Strong follow-through and follow-up is of utmost importance. You must be proactive- think ahead and be intuitive with the partner’s needs. You will be expected to adjust to a fast paced, demanding work environment where priorities frequently change.

Core Competencies and Qualifications


The Administrative Assistant should possess the following knowledge, skills, abilities, and characteristics to be successful in this job:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with references confirming your demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, integrity and sensitivity to working with confidential information.
  • Strong computer and Internet research skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at one time and prioritize based on importance.
  • Communication skills both oral and written must be superb and used on a regular basis.
